Market Lane Early Learning Centre’s vision is to nurture, develop and build an exceptional foundation of skills and abilities in our children to become outstanding citizens of the future.

Our Philosophy

Market Lane Early Learning Centre follows the play-based ELECT curriculum and aims to provide an environment that nurtures children socially, physically and intellectually. We encourage children to become happy, self-motivated and independent.

We provide programming and curriculum that is stimulating, creative and adoptable to meet the needs of every child from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. We have staff with skills and attitude to provide children with warm, safe and inspiring environment.

The partnership between parents and staff play a vital role in child’s learning and success. We encourage parents to communicate openly with staff regarding their child’s development and progress.

Each child is Special & Unique; and as such our Programs are built for:

  • Social and Emotional development
  • Intellectual development
  • Cognitive and Creative’s kill development


Our learning experiences comply with the Ministry of Education’s “How Does Learning Happen?”, which places emphasis on free expression, natural setting, creativity and character development through quality programs.

Each child is special and important and here at M.L.E.L.C, we believe that children learn best in environments where they feel just that.

Children learn through experiences and environments around them, and we ensure that our indoor and outdoor environment invites every child to participate and explore.
