Toilet training does not have to be stressful for you or your little one. Children will often show
signs when they are ready to learn something new. In this case, your child might start to show
interest in the toilet and perhaps even sit on it. This is a great sign. Go with it. Let your child sit o
the toilet for as long as they like (look at as they are building a relationship), once ready to come
off, help and praise. Praises of independence go a long way when trying to potty train. Put your
child on the toilet consistently, even when you are out. The more consistent you are, the faster
and less stressful this process will be.
Remember, once the diaper comes off, it does not go back on….ever.
